We rent furnishings either from our own inventory or from reputable furniture rental companies in the GTA.

HOME STAGING CONSULTATIONS

A DesignedToSell.ca Staging Professional will use a proven system to evaluate your home's market appeal indoors and out. During the two to three hour walk through, a comprehensive report will be completed including recommendations for improving trouble areas and suggestions on how to highlight your home's best features.

Darren and Lucie Brand are the owners and operators of one of Toronto’s leading home and condo staging companies, designedtosell.ca.

Specializing in the downtown condo market and also servicing the greater Toronto area, this dynamic husband and wife team are considered Canadian Staging Industry pioneers.  Over the past 6 years, their team of home staging professionals have staged hundreds of properties and helped successfully sell millions of dollars in real estate.

Darren Brand’s design expertise and staging know-how has attracted significant media interest.
